Terms of Service

EtheronOS is a web-based workspace for teams: tasks, chat, attendance and leave. We provide it to companies ("Companies") and the people they invite ("Members").

If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

The person who creates a Company is its Owner. Owners and Admins decide who can join, what roles people have, and can see the data of their Company as the product’s roles allow. Members join by invitation and can leave at any time.

Every new Company starts with a 14-day free trial with all features and no card required.

After the trial a paid subscription is required to keep creating and changing data. Subscriptions are priced per seat (an active Member of the Company), billed in advance monthly or yearly in Indian rupees, plus applicable GST, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

The number of paid seats follows the number of active Members. Adding Members increases your charge; removing Members lowers it from the next renewal.

If a payment fails we retry and your Company keeps full access for 7 days. If payment still fails, the Company becomes read-only until payment succeeds.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.

You can cancel at any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.

When a trial or subscription ends, the Company becomes read-only: Members can still sign in and read everything, and Owners can export or delete data, but nothing can be added or changed. We do not delete your data because a subscription lapsed.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or use that harms the service or others. Where reasonable we will warn you first. Owners can delete their Company and all its data at any time from Settings.

You own the content you put into the service. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run and improve the service for you.

You can export your Company’s data at any time. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

The Company is responsible for the data it collects about its own people, including attendance and location data. It must have a lawful basis to collect it and must tell its Members what is collected and why. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to store or send content you have no right to share;
• attempt to access another Company’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its limits or security;
• send spam, malware or harassing content through the service;
• resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and will try to avoid disrupting you. Support is by email.

The service, its software, design and brand belong to Bengal Web Solution. These terms give you a right to use the service, not to own any part of it.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data that could have been avoided by taking an export.

Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you notice by email or in the product before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts at the location of our registered office.
