Shipping & Delivery Policy

EtheronOS is a software service delivered entirely online. We don’t sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery times to wait for.
1. How you get access
Your Company is created, and your 14-day trial starts, as soon as you confirm your email address. Paid access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your team can then sign in at app.etheronos.com from any modern browser.
2. Invitations and emails
Invitations, confirmations and receipts are delivered by email within minutes. If a message doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or write to us and we will resend it.
3. If you can’t access the service
If you have paid but can’t sign in or your access doesn’t start within 24 hours, contact [email protected] with your company name and we will fix it or, if we can’t, refund you.
4. Where it’s available
EtheronOS can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees.
